The place is still currently being renovated and is mostly closed off, but the place itself to me is fun during football season, especially when they host matches from the World Cup or Euros in their hall. Overall, once in a while, it's fun watching the games with the community around you, although being mostly uncles from the nearby kopitiam.

Bad badminton court experience, people never book can just go in and play straight. So what is the point of booking it in the first place. Booking was from 8pm to 10pm. 930pm the uncle start to chase us off saying last game. We see the uncle was old and try to finish up our game ASAP but he start to say "HELLO, I ALREADY SAY LAST BALL RIGHT?" Didn't wanted to argue or quarrel with the uncle. We start packing up and changing our shoes but the uncle just stand at the stage waiting to turn off the lights. I didn't mean that we are supposed to play till 10pm but I am sure the uncle attitude could have been much better. Simply say 不要已老卖老. We already give our respect and understanding to you. 不要咄咄逼人 and we definitely will not book the court there anymore. Thank you

Called to enquire about the Futsal pitch at 638A senja ridges, however was put on hold for more than 10 mins, was asked a question before I can properly answer, lady asked me to hold on, and then put me on hold again. It's a simple question, is the pitch free to play or is it by booking? However was merely out on hold instead. It's frustrating as the pitch was opened weeks ago then locked up again, citing works to be done. Pitch looks fine, was told by contractors that works are completed and keys was hand over to cc/ tc but now any enquiries are merely brushed aside. Mr @Edwardchia please look into this, such facility is for the community, however the accessibility of such facilities is torrid. During the school holidays, it will be nice for the children to access and make use of such facility. And for the staff st Zhenghua cc you up their customer service.

The CC staff very rude and unfriendly. Especially Vikram And Nazerin Not happy to work. We elderly go to CC and approach for help not willing to do so. Everything you ask just one word ‘No’ ‘Cannot’ Reply with one word. Not helpful at all. People’s Association should send their frontline staff for customer service course. Only elderly will go ask for help at CC because don’t know how to use phone. If we elderly know how to use the Phone to fill up certain forms etc we don’t approach the CC. If CC is not the place for seniors to go approach for help please put up. Than we seniors will not go approach CC staff for help. We are not the only one got such treatment from Zhenghua cc there are many more incidents like this have happened !!! This Zhenghua CC is not a friendly CC for the Seniors and Public . If you need help from the CC Pease avoid Zhenghua Cc. Go to other nearby Cc.
